Hello! My name is Khawla and I’ve been self studying Japanese on and off for a while. I can read hiragana and katakana and very little kanji. I know basic grammar but my speaking and conversation skills aren’t that great so I still consider myself a beginner.

My purpose for studying Japanese is to be able to gain great speaking and conversation skills that will be useful in communicating with people who speak Japanese and making more friends from that region! Especially that I would love to travel there one day and I really want to be able to speak the language before I do so.

I would also love to read untranslated Japanese works and watch Japanese media without needing subtitles.
