当社は登録講師が提供する授業を生徒に販売しています。各講師・授業内容により販売価格（授業料）は異なります。

商品代金以外の必要料金： １．チケット購入代金の支払手続にかかわるクレジットカード手数料その他の費用
２． 本サービスを利用し、またはレッスンを受講する際にかかる通信料および接続料
３． ヘッドセット、マイク、イヤホン等Zoom やスカイプ等授業を受けるために必要な機器の購入商品代金以外の必要料金

お支払い方法：
生徒は当社からチケットを購入し、それを使用して商品を購入します。チケット購入時の支払い方法はクレジットカード、PayPal です。

サービス提供時期
クレジットカード及びPayPal によってチケット購入が完了後、すぐにサービスの利用を開始できます。

サービス利用条件
本サービスを利用するためには、インターネット接続されたパソコン、タブレット、スマートフォンなどの端末、マイク、Web カメラなどが必要です。

チケットの有効期間
当社がチケットを発行した日から６ヶ月間です。

チケットの払戻
一度購入されたチケットの払戻は行いません。（生徒規約第25 条第２項に定める場合を除きます。）

チケットの返還
当社は以下の１または２の場合、生徒が授業申し込み（リクエスト）の際に使用したチケットを返還いたします。
１．リクエストを講師が承諾するまでに生徒自身がリクエストをキャンセルした場合
２．講師がリクエストを承諾し授業が確定した後、授業開始の24 時間前までに生徒もしくは講師からキャンセルされた場合

キャンセル料
授業開始まで24時間を切った後の生徒による授業のキャンセルについては授業料100％のキャンセル料をいただきます。

The sale price (tuition fee) varies depending on each instructor and course content, and is listed on our website. We sell classes provided by registered instructors to students.

Necessary fees other than the product price:
• Credit card fees and other expenses related to payment processing for purchasing tickets
• Communication fees and connection fees incurred when using this service or taking lessons
• Purchase of equipment such as headsets, microphones, and earphones necessary for taking lessons on Zoom, Skype, and other platforms.

Payment methods:
Students purchase tickets from us and use them to purchase products. Payment methods for purchasing tickets include credit cards and PayPal.

Service delivery period:
After purchasing a ticket through credit card or PayPal, you can start using the service immediately.

Service usage conditions:
In order to use this service, you need a terminal such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone connected to the Internet, as well as a microphone and web camera.

Validity period of tickets:
The validity period is six months from the date we issue the ticket.

Refunds for tickets:
We do not provide refunds for tickets once they have been purchased (except in cases specified in Article 25, Paragraph 2 of the Student Agreement).

Return of tickets:
We will return the ticket used by the student when applying for the lesson (request) in the following cases:
• When the student cancels the request by themselves before the instructor approves it.
• When the student or instructor cancels the lesson within 24 hours before the lesson starts, after the instructor has approved the request.

Cancellation fee:
If the student cancels the lesson within 24 hours before the lesson starts, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the lesson fee.
